It has all ended. It was so sudden, so unexpected. I believe this incident has saddened many.

QIXIAN
You are the guy who is always the one being made fun of, bullied but you always smile and have fun with us. You have certainly made many smiles out of people’s faces. You are also one of the only ones who know every station and everything in the outlet. Definitely a nice friend to have.

JOANNE
I heard your name even before I first worked with you. Always not complaining and ongoing even when you are tired (watch DVD at night somemore la! Haha). Sweet girl and so high over Wu Zun (bo chun). Keep your cheerfulness going k?

STACY
Always staring at me like I just did something wrong again. But it was just for fun I hope? Don’t mess with her or she will be back ten times more. Just say her and she will pour the whole jar of water in your bar! Anyway, had fun times working with you, hope it is the same for you. Jia you, nurse!

YIZHI
You are the first guy that I really enjoyed working with. Working with you really gives me the security that things will be just fine. Remember how we started to invent the early closing “jian zhao”. Though after entering kitchen, we seem to have drifted apart but I believe the kitchen wall is not strong enough to come between you and us outside.

WA
You have been the pillar of my life in work and in life. From the first day, you have always been there for me. I clearly remembered my first day of work, Chinese new year day 2, you came down at 10 in the night to work cos I asked you to pei me cos I scared since it was my first day (hope it was just for me).
Then came the second day and it was month end!! We stayed till 4am in the morning to play cards with ju and jake was doing her month end paper work. Then the 2 managers went up and we had a long chat though I don’t know who you all were talking about cos I don’t know anyone there yet. Then we had our Friday nights where I will totally eagerly wait from Monday to Thursday just for that Friday night. We sailed, you will say “dam, I know you love me right?” before pressing the send button on the system and make me faint by jamming me at bar. I enjoyed being jammed then. Haha. I am what I am because of you. Hope you have been proud of pulling me in cartel and not the other way round. Hope I will be your CL idol forever in your heart. Going for your attachment soon le, will you forget me? Will I still be in your heart and life?

DEAR
Dear sorry I keep quarrelling with you over work matters. I know I have hurt you and should have stood in your position and understand you. I will try to stand in your shoes and understand your limitations and constrains more k? Although I always scold you always quarrel with you, I hope I have been good enough taking care of you in work and in our relationship. Now that we might not be working together anymore might be a good thing, might not be a good thing. But I still wanna say I love you dear! And I always will.

3rd of April 2007 marks the end of Café Cartel Cineleisure. Shuttles down and never will be up for business ever again. No more set lunches, no more Friday nights for me, everything vanished through the air in a night, BUT OUR HEARTS MUST NEVER BE OVER, NEVER BE GONE! I have sworn in the BAND OF BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF CAFÉ CARTEL CINLEISURE, people, have you? My hearts will always be with B1-04/05, Cathy Cineleisure, hope your hearts will be there too. If you have been feeling lost and saddened this few days and walking aimlessly, no heart for anything you do, confused, you have automatically been attached to these shop that belongs to us! Thanks for all the times we had together. As we go on, we remember, all the times we had together. I LOVE YOU ALL FROM CAFÉ CARTEL CINELEISURE!!
