Firstly, I would want to wish all couples a Happy Valentines Day! For those singles, cheers too, there are different joy in being single! But I prefer having Valentines Day with dear. =P
Wohooo. Had 2 days of fun. After paper, almost half of my class went down to town and eat cum window shop. Pool was also fun yeah? I still cant believe I lost to kaihua in the last ball just by fouling for 4 times consecutive. But still, I won the rest. Not that I am good at it but I think their luck was real bad. Haha. Eric lost by accidentally pocketing the black ball when he was pocketing other balls. The rest is just normal games.
Then came yesterday. Gopal! My shopping spree. In the morning I went to deposit some money and by evening it was all gone. Bought 2 levis jeans cos the second piece was at half price. But overall still spent like $228 for 2 jeans. Happily spent so much then remembered I haven’t bought any tops! Haha. Billy bombers was another experience. The menu labeled their food but it was not those simple categorizing, was like “Italian am…. something and etc..”. The description was dory, squid rings and mussels tossed with tomato based spaghetti. I thought was a main course and dory fish as the main dish with calamari mussels and side pasta. Then came this lasagna plate with so little pasta. It was pasta!! Not sian half lor, is sian full lor. But still had to eat cos it was my wrong order ma. Ordered fries after that. The waiter wasn’t speaking in full and clearly and I really didn’t get what he was saying. I called for him,
Me: hi, I want a side order fries
He: fries?
Me: er ya I wanna add on an order and its fries
He: oh, you want a chunky fries?
Me: ya
He: size (not clearly said)
Me: huh?
He: size?
Me: er just normal fries lor
He: ok
I don’t know but I feel that working in FnB, we should speak properly? Sorry, not that I am a perfect waiter but if it was me I would have asked “what size would you like your fries to be?” if the customer huh me I will change it to “er I am referring to the portion” or something. Sorry la, was just stunned that I received one word one word replies. Just like when doneness was asked in steaks. Some will just say “doneness?” but not everyone understand what you talking about ma. A few more words like “what doneness would you like your steak to be?” will make a difference. Ok I shall shut up.

And I am working for a 4 day assignment. Count taxis, not bad huh. I took liat towers. And when we went down to town yesterday, found out that the first and second day of that assignment, there is chingay! Means the road will be closed. Lesser people means lesser job for us! Haha. Yiqian all the best huh! Her friends backside itchy go choose taka. Haha. Taka leh! And weekends leh. Haha. Jia you ba!
